How does TCA Peel Work?

• Exfoliates the top layers:
• TCA gently dissolves the bonds between dead skin cells, allowing the damaged outer layer to shed.
• Stimulates skin regeneration:
• As the old skin peels away, fresh new cells rise to the surface, revealing smoother and brighter skin.
• Boosts collagen production:
• Medium-depth peels reach deeper into the dermis, triggering collagen remodeling to reduce fine lines,
  pigmentation, and scarring.

What to Expect:

During the Treatment:

During a TCA peel, your skin is thoroughly cleansed before the solution is applied in one or more layers. You’ll feel a warm, tingling or stinging sensation for a few minutes, and the skin may temporarily “frost,” which is normal. Once the desired depth is reached, the peel is completed with soothing products. Your skin may feel tight, warm, and slightly sensitive afterward, similar to a mild sunburn.

After the Treatment:

Skin has undergone a professional TCA Peel. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal results and safe recovery.

• Tingling, tightness, and dryness may occur within the first 24-48 hours.
• Mild to moderate peeling or flaking typically starts on day 2 or 3 and can last 5-10 days.
• Skin may appear red or feel sensitive during this time.

• Avoid using strong exfoliants, retinoids, or harsh active ingredients for at least 7 days post-treatment.
• Slight flaking may occur as your skin renews itself-this is normal and part of the natural cellshedding process.

Frequency: 

• Can repeat TCA Peel treatment only in 4-6 weeks.
• SPF must be applied daily post-treatment.
• Peeling or tingling may occur for up to 10 days.
• Avoid active ingredients (retinoids, exfoliants) for 5-7 days.
